The Whelen 100 Watt Electronic Air Horn Plus with PA Function features a high gain microphone and public address capability with adjustment for PA volume. 

The Whelen 100 Watt Electronic Air Horn is an inexpensive supplement addition to your car horn with an air-horn tone. This is the same familiar airhorn sound used by Police, Fire and EMS. The PAP112 is perfect for volunteers &  security operations that are not allowed to use siren tones. A great use would be for Fire Brigade support vehicles that do not require a siren. 

 The PAP112 can be wired remotely to the horn ring of the vehicle or to a customer-supplied switch. An optional 15 foot microphone extension cable is available.

Best if used with a Whelen SA315P 100W speaker.
